Effective Communication

Effective communication lies at the heart of a successful council member's skills. From casework to scrutiny, council members need to communicate in a clear, confident and open manner. This interactive and enjoyable course focuses on practical ways of refreshing and improving communication skills. It helps elected members communicate effectively with the public, with officers and with each other.
