Crisis Management and the Media Workshop

One-day workshop

Tailor-made training presented in-house for your company

Appearing on TV or radio is a challenge at the best of times. Having to act as a media spokesperson during a crisis, raises that challenge to new heights.

This highly interactive and practical course builds the presentation skills, media awareness and the confidence of the participants to prepare them for the media spotlight during a crisis.

Who will benefit

This workshop is particularly useful for anyone who might have to deal with the media during or after a crisis. It equips the participants with practical knowledge of how to deal with high pressure situations and how to get your message across.

This in-house course is normally presented by one or two trainers for up to six participants. This allows the trainers to give individual feedback and help to the participants throughout the course. A specialist media trainer (eg a former BBC journalist) may be involved in the workshop if you wish.

For an established Crisis Management Team, this training can be incorporated into a workshop covering team building and crisis management proper.
