Effective communication skills are essential to success in the modern working environment. This practical and interactive course is used by many organisations as a foundation module for their management development programme. It can also be delivered as a stand alone event to enhance the skills of groups of individuals or for teams.

Participants on this course explore different ways of approaching communication, one to one and within groups. The module can be run as a single day event, or include additional skills such as influencing and negotiation on the second day.
