Mentoring is becoming an important part of succession planning and leadership development across both the public and private sectors.

This workshop helps senior staff to develop their ability to develop strong, appropriate and effective mentoring relationships. It explores the ways in which a mentor can work with their protégée to develop their skills and career.

Who will benefit?

This workshop is usually delivered as a part of an in-house mentoring scheme.

The course is normally delivered by one trainer working with six participants or two trainers for up to twelve participants. This high trainer ratio is designed to allow the maximum amount of individual feedback for the participants. This material can also be used for a one to one coaching session for a new mentor.
