Health and SafetyMidas Training Solutions offer a comprehensive three step programme to help you and your organisation deal with health and safety management. We recognise that every organisation is different and has different needs and priorities. Our aim is to help you develop a set of systems and procedures tailored to suit you and your staff - and will help you minimise risk and promote a positive approach to health and safety. Step One - Survey of ExposuresA Midas Health and Safety consultant will visit your premises and work with you to identify the areas of potential exposure to risk, Risk Assessment. Our consultant will be able to help you to devise strategies to solve both long and short term problems. We can help you set up the necessary paperwork to satisfy the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety legislation. A full Health and Safety Audit can then be arranged to help you ensure that your organisation is up to speed in this sensitive area. This process can be as simple as a single meeting or can involve a consultant working with you over a longer period of time - whatever you feel is appropriate to your individual situation. Step Two - Health and Safety TrainingMidas can provide Health and Safety training, run by an appropriately accredited trainer. Your staff members will have the opportunity to attend courses suitable for their position and responsibilities, Risk Assessment, COSHH Assessment Workshops and Manual Handling. Step Three - Monitoring and further training as requiredMidas can arrange for you to have a Health and Safety expert on call at the end of a telephone, to provide you with backup seven days a week. An annual monitoring visit will help you detect potential new Health and Safety problems so that they can be dealt with speedily and effectively. In addition, we can help you further develop the management and communication skills of your staff, with training and coaching sessions designed to meet their individual needs. |
