Influencing and negotiation skillsBeing able to influence decisions and actions is an incredibly useful skill. This practical and interactive course gives participants the chance to try out new ideas and approaches to influencing. This workshop shows how influencing skills are also important in negotiations, and takes the participants through exercises to help develop their skills. This course can also be separated into different sessions on how to influence people and negotiation skills.
