Jenny Shorten

Jenny has combined a successful business career with her work as a trainer and developer of courses in commercial and voluntary sector. She specialises in interpersonal and communication skills, teambuilding, equal opportunities, training trainers, personal and business planning and Microsoft Office applications. Jenny has also worked throughout the UK and on overseas projects in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Jenny’s ‘hands on’ business experience means she is able to make sure participants can relate the learning on the courses to what really happens at work and gain maximum benefit from their training.

Jenny has an honours degree in Psychology and holds a variety of training and IT accreditations.
