Media skills

In the age of instant media, many council officers are now finding themselves faced with questions from journalists. This course is designed to familiarise participants with the way that the media works, how to perform well in interviews and get the right message across in the right way.

Midas trainers have experience of both working with and within the media, and so this course can offer some real insight into the way to best handle journalists.
