This practical course is a 'hands on' way of improving personal impact and confidence in the media context. It will prepare participants for both one to one interviews and panel discussions.

Participants will gain an insight into how the media works and how to make the most of a media opportunity.

We recommend a ratio of six participants to one trainer for this module. This gives maximum time for practical excersises and one to one feedback with our highly experienced trainers.
