Senior Management Development Programme

Tailor-made training delivered in-house for your organisation

Senior managers need a wide range of skills in today’s fast-moving business environment.

This programme provides them with the opportunity to develop new skills and to reflect on and consolidate their existing skills. New concepts are explored and related to real life examples the participants may have dealt with during their careers.

This development programme is presented by 2 trainers for 12 participants. This allows the trainers to give a high level of individual feedback and help to the participants throughout the course.

The programme is structured as a series of modules, delivered at monthly intervals. Each module is normally delivered over two days. This allows in-depth exercises to relate the module content to the client’s work environment. This maximises the impact of the programme on working practice. However, if required, a very effective programme of one day workshops can also be presented covering a more limited number of topics and with less time for hands on practice.

We suggest the following topics should be incorporated into your tailor made programme. Topics may be added or removed following discussion with your Midas training consultant.
