Team Building Awaydays for Council Groups

One day workshop

Tailor-made course presented in-house for your organisation

Midas Awaydays for Council Group members have been used by a wide range of council groups at different times in their development. In particular they help create a shared vision of the past and the future, as well as identifying how members can develop their own skills and talents.

Each workshop is designed to suit the need of the participants and their group at the time of the event. Your Midas consultant will work with you to identify the most appropriate topics to cover during your day.

A group of two trainers will facilitate the workshop for larger groups (15+ members) .The workshop can be presented either on a weekday or a Saturday, depending on the preferences of the group concerned.
