After the course the participants will be able to design and deliver training which draws on their own expert knowledge and skills.

This course is best run as a three day workshop. However a very effective two day workshop can also be presented covering a more limited number of topics.

Practising your training

This module includes the opportunity to design and deliver a short training module. The three day course may also include the option of video feedback on Day 3.
